Experience
I have taught high school mathematics for over 20 years, both in Romania and the United States. I also have taught as a professor's assistant at Babes-Bolyai University. I was a tutor for these subjects in both countries as a part-time job. By teaching and tutoring in the United States, I met many students and parents who were desperate when they arrived at college and they understood that the high school content didn't give to them a solid base to understand and learn math at the college level. As a graduated teacher from Europe I can help students to learn math through proofs in a logical way and I can fill the gaps from the math content taught in high schools. I have been successful in teaching students techniques and methods to solve math problems in a real and effective way, techniques that students should know from high school but unfortunately CA school system is not providing.
