I have ten years of tutoring experience. I started tutoring with Tractarian Tutoring (a private tutoring firm) while in college at UC Irvine. I have tutored in a range of subjects, from Biology to Calculus. For the past six years, I have been a certified mathematics teacher in Los Angeles teaching all levels of mathematics, from algebra 1 to Calculus. Many of my students report that they finally understand math after taking my course because I focus on cognitive understanding as opposed to basic memorization of formulas and facts.
