I have extensive experience tutoring English, which began in high school. I am still - often! - called upon to help edit research papers, even for fields that I am unfamiliar with. I speak fluent French and fairly good Spanish. I have tutored children with Autism. I have also worked intensively with individuals who are suffering from Mental challenges. I have taken the entire gamut of the CBU English courses; anything from Shakespeare to American Literature.

I also play guitar, piano, and flute. I am a HUGE reader - as you can probably tell by my profile - and have read all the classics, as well as modern literature. I really believe in encouraging children to read. Reading is often viewed as something boring to children. I have plenty of ways to keep it fun, and keep them engaged. As I stated before, I am very comfortable with children on the Autism spectrum, as well as children with Mental challenges.
